A Handshake is Usually Enough

We are easy to work with and can work in a variety of ways in whatever works best. There are three typical ways we are usually engaged.

Work by the hour – You have a project or task, we discuss and you hire us to go to work on it. We invoice you when the work is done. The cost is based on the time incurred at the hourly rate for the service performed. Typically, this happens on quick-turn, immediately needed projects.

Project-Based – You need an estimate for your project or campaign, primarily because you need to get it approved within your organization’s management (or you’re building an annual budget). No worries, we’ll have a discovery session or conference over the phone and determine the project scope and identify the specifications and requirements. Then, based on our discussion, we’ll prepare an estimate complete with assumptions, requirements, and specifications.

Retainer – On-going or long-term type engagements a retainer arrangement may be best. We’ll work with you to determine the scope, monthly need, and term of the arrangement.

But do you know what works best, is the most efficient and saves a ton of time? It’s when you say, “Okay, here’s what I want, (describe your project), and here’s my budget.” My response is usually, “Okay, I can work with that.”
